About
NEIL GORDON
ETO · Founder · 30 yrs at sea
I'm an Electro-Technical Officer with over 30 years at sea — Royal Navy submarines, offshore oil & gas, and cruise ship engineering. I started Whitebridge Marine because I kept running into the same gaps: training that tests knowledge but not real competence, drydock coordination running on WhatsApp and spreadsheets, and software built by people who've never stood an engine room watch.
I provide instructional consulting to maritime training centres across Europe, and build software that solves the problems I lived with for years at sea.
